Mudra – For Migraine and Sinus Relief

  Mahasirs Mudra is specifically recommended for relieving migraines, sinus headaches, and tension headaches. Touch the tips of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger together. Fold the ring finger to the base of the thumb, and keep the little finger straight. This mudra balances energy in the head and clears blocked sinuses. It also reduces tension and improves blood flow to the brain. Regular practice can prevent recurring migraines.
