Mudra for High Blood Pressure Healing

 

Shankh Mudra for high blood pressure is known to calm the mind and balance the thyroid gland, indirectly supporting blood pressure control. To do this, wrap the fingers of your right hand around the left thumb, forming a conch-like shape. Touch the right thumb to the tip of the left middle finger. This mudra improves breathing efficiency, oxygen flow, and relaxation. Practicing Shankh Mudra for 15 minutes daily helps reduce stress and emotional strain, making it an excellent companion for hypertension management.
